Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early start of performance

The Premium subscription is unlocked immediately after payment so that you can start working with it right away. This does not affect your right of withdrawal: if you withdraw within the 14 days, we will refund the full amount. We do not deduct anything for the time you have already used. This applies to the Premium subscription and the project pack; the planning service has its own section.
Project pack: The 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to the one-off purchase of the project pack (3 months, 24,99 €). It does not lapse when access is unlocked, because performance is not complete until after 3 months. If you withdraw within the period, we will refund the full purchase price.

Planning service

The 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract also applies to the planning service. When you order, you expressly request that we start planning before this period ends. Your right of withdrawal expires once we have delivered the plan in full. If you withdraw after we have started work but before the plan has been delivered in full, you pay us an amount proportionate to the service provided until the withdrawal, measured against the total price; we refund the rest. If you withdraw before we have started, you get the full amount back.

Cancellation is not the same thing

Withdrawal is different from cancellation. If you simply want to end your subscription so that nothing is charged any more, cancel it with one click under “My subscription”. You keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for. There is no minimum term and no notice period.
