Can I cancel Premium?

Yes, any time. You cancel your Premium subscription with one click under "My subscription". There is no minimum term and no notice period.

Do I get a refund?

No, amounts already paid are not refunded. Instead, after cancelling you keep full Premium access until the end of the paid period – the subscription is then simply not renewed.
